Are you open ? 

Our online store is open 24/7 as per usual with never before seen discounts while our Boutique located in Griffith is temporarily closed. Orders are getting sent each weekday. 

Can I return items that are discounted?

You can return full priced items that are discounted at checkout with a code, for a refund or exchange. 

Items already reduced online prior to or with a code are subject to an exchange or store credit only. 

All Afterpay or Zippay orders are subject to exchange or store credit only. For all details and Terms + Conditions, please see RETURNS section on website. 

Will you be getting new stock ? 

We do have brand new pieces still scheduled to arrive, however production of many brands has been significantly reduced. 

What If I have a question about products ?

The best way is to email us directly via the 'Ask a Question' link on the product page relevant and we will aim to get back to you as soon as we can. 

When will my order arrive? 

We are processing and dispatching orders each weekday.

Whilst Australia Post is doing an amazing job, delays due to related demand may see some small delays. You will be given a tracking number once your item has been dispatched so you can track your goods. 

 

Do you ship internationally ? 

In normal circumstances we love to and we apologies that we currently are unable to offer this due to Covid-19.
