Are you open ? 

Yes! We are open again weekdays 9 - 4.30pm and Saturdays 9 - 1pm

We continue to practise safety measures adhering to staying safe with regard to Coronavirus.

We ask that customers please sanitise (supplied by us) hands on entering the store. We are monitoring the 4m/sq per person rule. We encourage contactless payments and are ensuring strict cleaning throughout 

We kindly ask that if you or your companions are at all unwell that you please contact us by phone or email rather than visiting the store

Can I return items that are discounted?

You can return full priced items that are discounted at checkout with a code, for a refund or exchange. 

Items already reduced online prior to or with a code are subject to an exchange or store credit only. 

All Afterpay or Zippay orders are subject to exchange or store credit only. For all details and Terms + Conditions, please see RETURNS section on website.  

What If I have a question about products Online?

The best way is to email us directly via the 'Ask a Question' link on the product page relevant and we will aim to get back to you as soon as we can. 

When will my order arrive? 

We are processing and dispatching orders each weekday.

Whilst Australia Post is doing an amazing job, delays due to related demand may see some small delays. You will be given a tracking number once your item has been dispatched so you can track your goods. 

 

Do you ship internationally ? 

At the moment we only offer to New Zealand online.

In normal circumstances we love to and we apologies that we currently are unable to offer this due to Covid-19.
