We offer refunds for the following
- Full price items only.
-Non Afterpay/ Zip Pay Orders
- Garment/s will need to be sent back to us within 7 days of delivery.
- Garments should be returned new, unused and with all designer tags still attached.
- Swim must be tried on wearing undergarments, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.
- Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned.
Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels.
We always recommend using a registered post and to keep hold of your tracking number to avoid missing parcels.
All returns need to be sent back to us within 7 days of delivery.
This means 7 days from tracking showing the order as being delivered.

All items reduced further than 50% ( including with extra discount codes) are FINAL SALE and unable to be returned for refund, credit or exchange. Please choose carefully.
All items are checked thoroughly before sending, however if you feel there is a fault or flaw in your product, please email an image of the flaw to firstname.lastname@example.org please include the word FAULTS with the ORDER number in the subject line and detail what the fault is in an email. You will then be advised on how to proceed.
Items with a deemed production fault will be forwarded to our supplier for inspection and outcome
Items with deemed damage will be checked for non wear and outcome determined
All approved faulty items will firstly be replaced or repaired where possible, if this is not an option a refund will be arranged.
We often run promotions throughout the year- full priced items purchased in promos are not considered SALE items so you may exchange / refund your goods.
No exchanges/ returns or refunds.

Shipping costs will not be refunded if your item is returned. If your parcel was purchased with ‘Free Shipping’, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
