FULL PRICED ITEMS, (Excluding Afterpay / Zippay)
To receive your refund on full priced items, (This does Not include Afterpay or Zippay orders which are exchange or store credit only)
Goods will need to be sent back to us within 7 days of you receiving your delivery as per parcel tracking.
Anything sent after that time will be subject to store credit.
Garments should be returned new, unused and with all designer tags still attached.

No refunds on Sale items. You may send your item back for a store-credit or exchange (excludes sale items with an extra % off).
Please send your item back to Hip Digs 352 Banna Avenue Griffith NSW 2680 within 7 DAYS of you receiving your order.
Shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit if your order is returned for a store credit.
CLEARANCE ( ITEMS MARKED 50% AND MORE)
Final no exchanges or refunds on clearance.

EXCHANGES
We offer exchange on all Full- Priced and Sale items ( excluding clearance/ final sale or sale items with an additional discount % code)
There is an additional $12.00 AUD charge to process the exchange and the shipping fees.
Please email the store contactus@hipdigsstyle.com with your exchange request. Hip Digs will contact you for postage payment.
Items must be sent back within 7 days of you receiving your item.

Strictly no refunds on All Afterpay/ Zippay. Exchange or credit only. No exceptions
EXTRA % OFF SALE ITEMS
We sometimes run a promotion, 'Extra % off Sale items'. Any item with an extra % off is final sale- no returns or refunds.
FAULTY GOODS/BREAKAGES
All items are checked thoroughly before sending, however if you feel there is a fault or flaw in your product, please email an image of the flaw to contactus@hipdigsstyle.com within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Please include the word FAULTS with the ORDER number in the subject line and detail what the fault is in an email. You will then be advised on how to proceed.
Items with a deemed production fault will be forwarded to our supplier for inspection and outcome will be determined by our supplier.
Items with deemed damage will be checked for non wear and outcome determined.
All approved faulty items will firstly be replaced or repaired where possible, if this is not an option a refund will be arranged.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
No exchanges/ returns or refunds.

PLEASE NOTE
For any RETURNS - If the item has not been sent back within 7 days of you receiving your parcel, your refund will be subject to a store credit only, or may be refused.
All items need to be returned new, unused and with all designer and brand tags, stickers attached If there is make-up/ tan/ deodorant on the clothing, Hip Digs has the right to refuse the refund or exchange.
