EXCHANGE (ITEMS UP TO 40% OFF)
Goods will need to be sent back to us within 7 days of you receiving your delivery as per parcel tracking.
Garments should be returned new, unused and with all designer tags still attached.
Shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit if your order is returned for a store credit.
There is an additional $12.00 AUD charge to process the exchange and the shipping fees.
Please email the store contactus@hipdigsstyle.com with your exchange request. Hip Digs will contact you for postage payment.
FLAWS / FAULTS
Items with a deemed production fault will be forwarded to our supplier for inspection and outcome will be determined by our supplier.
Items with deemed damage will be checked for non wear and outcome determined.
All approved faulty items will firstly be reviewed for repair where possible, if this is not an option a replacement will be arranged and refund if replacement cannot be made.
