ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Please email contactus@hipdigsstyle.com for any return/exchange request.

You will be emailed a pre-paid return postage slip. This must be sent back within 7 days of you receiving your parcel. Anything requested to be returned after this time will not be eligible for the free return. Any item sent back after the 7 days is subject to STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

SALE ITEM:

Please send your item back to Hip Digs 352 Banna Avenue Griffith NSW 2680 within 7 DAYS of you receiving your order. Shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit if your order is returned for a store credit. Hip Digs does not offer free returns on SALE items. 

CLEARANCE ( Items marked 50% or more)

EXCHANGES

We offer exchange on all Full- Priced and Sale items ( excluding clearance/ final sale or sale items with an additional discount over 50%)

There is an additional $12.00 AUD charge to process the exchange and the shipping fees. Hip Digs does not cover shipping costs for an exchange as we have provided free shipping / returns on the original purchase. 

Please email the store contactus@hipdigsstyle.com with your exchange request. Hip Digs will contact you for postage payment. 

Items must be sent back within 7 days of you receiving your item.

FAULTY GOODS/BREAKAGES

All items are checked thoroughly before sending, however if you feel there is a fault or flaw in your product, please email an image of the flaw to contactus@hipdigsstyle.com please include the word FAULTS with the ORDER number in the subject line and detail what the fault is in an email. You will then be advised on how to proceed.


Items with a deemed production fault will be forwarded to our supplier for inspection and outcome

Items with deemed damage will be checked for non wear and outcome determined

All approved faulty items will firstly be replaced or repaired where possible, if this is not an option a refund will be arranged.


PROMOTIONS

We often run promotions throughout the year- full priced items purchased in promos are not considered SALE items so you may exchange / refund your goods. These include FLASH SALES. 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

No exchanges/ returns or refunds.

Please email us for any information you might require before purchasing the item.


PLEASE NOTE

For any RETURNS - If the item has not been sent back within 7 days of you receiving your parcel, your refund will be subject to a store credit only, or may be refused. 

All items need to be returned new, unused and with all designer and brand tags, stickers attached If there is make-up/ tan/ deodorant on the clothing, Hip Digs has the right to refuse the refund or exchange.
